Q. What is Tipitina's Record Club?
A. Tipitina's Record Club is a subscription-based vinyl service that brings music directly to your door every 2 months!

Q. What are my subscription options?
A. You can sign up for a 3-record subscription or 6-record subscription. Since we offer a new release every 2 months, the 3-record subscription lasts for 6 months, and the 6-record subscription lasts for 1 year.
Q. Can I give this as a gift?
A. Yes you can! Be sure to select the ‘This is a Gift' option box at checkout. Gift subscriptions do not renew, and cannot be extended once the subscription term has ended.
Q. Can I skip an upcoming record?
A. Skip requests must be made in advance of the release date of the record you want skipped. Release dates are the first day of the month, every other month (Feb 1, Apr 1, Jun 1, Aug 1, Oct 1, Dec1). For example, if you want to skip The Feb 1 release, your request must be made BEFORE Feb 1. Please send any requests to firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. Is there a local pickup option?
A. Yes, be sure to select "local pickup" when checking out. The local pickup address is: 501 Napoleon Ave, New Orleans, LA 70115, and can be picked up Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm
Q. I just signed up - which record will I get?
A. Your subscription will begin with the current release shown on the website.
Q. How soon will my record be shipped?
A. Upon purchase please allow 3-5 business days for your record to be shipped. However, there may be instances when a release is delayed, in which case, it will be shipped as soon as it is available. We will do our best to notify members when a release is delayed.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, there is a charge of $20 per record for international shipping. The shipping charges will be paid at the time of subscription purchase. Because of fluctuating international shipping rates, there may be instances when a release may be held and shipped with another, upcoming release.
Q. How can I track my package?
A. Once the item's shipping label is created you will receive a notification email with tracking information.
Q. Can I buy individual records?
A. Individual record purchases are not available through Tipitina's Record Club at this time.
Q. How do I access my account?
A. Your account settings are located under the 'My Account' section once you are logged into your account. You can login to your account by going here: https://tipitinasrecordclub.com/account.
Q. How do I change my address?
A. Once you are logged into your account (login here), you can change your address by navigating to the ‘Manage Subscription” page under 'My Account'. You will then click ‘Address and Shipping Information’ from the choices on the Manage Subscriptions page - make your address or billing changes here. *PLEASE NOTE: It is also best to update the address in your Shopify account (your Shopify account is separate from your actual subscription). To edit the address in your Shopify account, click 'Account Details’ under 'My Account’ and make the address changes there as well. We are happy to assist with any address changes you’d like to make - please contact is at email@example.com
Q. My record came damaged, bent, or warped - can I get a replacement?
A. Replacement records are handled on a case by case basis - please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for such requests. (photos may be requested)
Q. Will my subscription automatically renew?
A. Yes, your subscription will automatically renew unless the 'This is a Gift' option is selected when making the subscription purchase. You will receive advance email notification when a subscription is going to end and renew.
Q. How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
A. There is not an option to pause a membership. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page, under “Manage Subscriptions” by contacting us at email@example.com. Cancelling mid-term will keep your subscription active until all the shipments on the current subscription have been fulfilled. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-term cancellations.
